NMLP is aimed at developing leaders in the Mallee community. I also expect to develop self-confidence, make friends, and some new connections.
I decided to Northern Mallee Leaders Program, NMLP, because my mum and a woman she introduced me to both suggested that I do the program. After some consideration, I thought it would be great for personal and professional development.
I think as a person in a wheelchair I will bring a perspective that is rarely seen in the region.
I'm actually quite eager to get started.
